We recently took a romantic escape and this hotel really impressed us. The rooms were beautiful and well-equipped, and the staff was very helpful whenever we needed something. The location was also great – just a short walk away from the main shopping area and easy to reach by transportation. The highlight of our stay was the delicious and varied breakfast that we enjoyed every morning. It was a nice way to start our day and we appreciated the selection of local specialties and international options.

There were a few things that didn't meet our expectations. Despite the beautiful rooms, the hotel felt a little bit outdated and could benefit from some refurbishing. We also found that some of the amenities were lacking, such as the pool area and gym facilities. Additionally, while the hotel was conveniently located near the shopping area, it was a bit noisy due to traffic and street vendors, which made it difficult to relax at times.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was the best decision ever! the rooms were spacious and equipped with comfortable beds and tea makers. the location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and easy access to top attractions. the friendly service was the cherry on top, making us feel at home.

the staff went out of their way to make our Christmas special, and we were impressed by their attention to detail.

Breakfast is delicious with a variety of options available. the property has both old, world charm and modern amenities, making it a perfect stay for those who want the best of both worlds.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They provided excellent service and were always ready to assist with any request we had. The breakfast spread was well laid out and had a great variety of options. We especially appreciated the special care they took when one of our family members fell ill, providing custom items that were not on the menu. This level of personal attention truly made a difference. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short drive away from the major attractions in the area. We also loved the beautiful garden area, which provided a lovely space to relax and unwind.
